Taking place at the br Office in Lebak Bulus, the event is designed to address the increasingly important role that digital transformation plays in modern-day account management. Participants, including the Account Team, Project Managers, Strategic Planners, and the Creative Team from the three creative agencies within br Intimate Creative Collective—seleBRasi, briburayu, and brbuahmanis—are delving into the challenges and opportunities that arise in the digital era.
In this session, one of the key focuses is digital orchestration. Account managers now need to navigate a landscape where success is defined by specific digital KPIs and performance indicators. It is no longer just about managing client relations; success now hinges on understanding the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. The attendees will discuss how to measure, analyze, and optimize these indicators to ensure that future campaigns achieve their goals. This includes understanding metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and social media engagement, which are crucial in the digital age.
Another focus will be mapping out the digital ecosystem. Participants are exploring the interconnected nature of digital platforms, tools, and technologies. These elements will become key components of modern marketing strategies, ensuring account managers understand how data flows and how various platforms complement each other to drive a campaign’s success. As campaigns move from traditional Above-the-Line (ATL) approaches to digital activations, account managers must understand how each piece of the puzzle fits together.
The conversation is further exploring the evolving relationships between account managers, digital agencies, and clients. With traditional media strategies giving way to digital-first approaches, account professionals need to build digital expertise to stay competitive. There is also a focus on the challenges that arise when campaigns that start in ATL are handed over to digital agencies. The group is discussing strategies to ensure account managers can maintain control and oversight throughout the campaign’s lifecycle, from ATL through to digital execution.
The session is honing in on the specific skills that account teams will need to thrive in the digital era. A deep understanding of digital platforms and social media management, as well as the ability to analyze and act upon digital metrics, is becoming essential. Managing digital projects, with their multiple moving parts, requires a collaborative approach that brings together creative teams, clients, and digital partners for seamless campaign execution.
