Katch and and FAV recently joined forces to launch an exciting campaign for LISTERINE, the leading mouthwash brand in Indonesia and the world. The "Complete the Clean with LISTERINE" campaign kicked off with a vibrant event at FX Sudirman, Jakarta, as part of the Car Free Day festivities on September 22, 2024. This grand event was attended by media representatives, community members, and countless participants eager to be a part of this engaging activation

The kickoff event marked the official launch of the new Listerine 500ml product, emphasizing the importance of a complete oral care routine that goes beyond just brushing. With the slogan, “Sikat gigi aja nggak cukup! Buat punya mulut sehat dan berani lepaaaas kamu harus Complete The Clean with LISTERINE®,” LISTERINE encouraged attendees to experience the superior clean provided by LISTERINE Multi Protect Zero, offering 6-in-1 benefits and alcohol-free freshness. The event also included a press conference exclusively for the media, organized and managed by Fabulo, ensuring that the brand's key messages were effectively communicated to the public. This press conference provided detailed insights into the campaign and highlighted Listerine's commitment to comprehensive oral health, setting the stage for an impactful launch.
The event also served as the starting point for an ambitious attempt to break a MURI (Museum Rekor Dunia Indonesia) record. The campaign aimed to set a record for the "Usage of Mouthwash Continuously with the Most Participants," with an impressive number of used cups being collected throughout the three-month campaign. The launch event featured a powerful moment when participants, led by a representative from Listerine MPZ, took part in the synchronized "Kumur Serentak"—a simultaneous gargling session followed by everyone shouting, “COMPLETE THE CLEAN WITH LISTERINE.”
The collaborative effort between Katch and FAV highlighted both agencies' strengths in creating engaging and memorable brand experiences. Together, they crafted an atmosphere of excitement, standout and immersive product booths emphasizing community participation and LISTERINE's commitment to complete oral health. The event featured multiple interactive experiences designed to delight participants. Attendees could express their fresh breath through the "EKSPRESIKAN NAFAS SEGAR MU" activity and capture memories at the "Magic Mirror Photo Selfie" booth. The presence of a portable sink allowed participants to conveniently try LISTERINE on-site, further enhancing the complete experience.
In order to encourage more people to join the campaign for a healthier, cleaner mouth, LISTERINE will expand its activation with a roadshow in the Jabodetabek area from September to November 2024. The tour will stop at high-traffic places such as Transjakarta stops, office buildings, restaurants, and shopping centers. Without resorting to overt marketing, FAV and Katch successfully produced an unforgettable brand experience by putting the needs of the community first and using creative storytelling to effectively communicate LISTERINE's main message while enticing viewers and encouraging group action.
