Most people still pay their Grab with Cash for many reason – feeling hassle to sign up, wanted to give tip to driver, etc – even though with all the benefit they will get if they use OVO.

HOW WE DO IT

The new feature that allows consumers to get the benefit of OVO, even if they use cash is already attractive. Thus, we don’t need more “attractive” element to our communication.

  • We use Rio Dewanto, a well know Indonesian celebrity only to be “replaced”, in all of our material (TVC, Digital Video, Social Media, Radio, even in our OOH)
